Training sessions

Do you want to understand through different examples how to applied the findings of Luís Vilar and colleagues in a training session? Start by defining the goal of your session and that will be the last exercise. Then design the previous exercise with a small decrease of difficulty and complexity. Continue this process until you have a set of exercises in an increasing degree of difficulty and complexity. Bear in mind that for a 45min session 3 exercises should be enough, for a 60min session 4 exercises should be enough and for a 90min session 5 exercises should do it. What do you think about this?
