University classes
Luís Vilar is as associate professor at two different faculties in Lisbon. Those are the Faculty of Physical Education and Sports (ULHT) and the Faculty of Human Kinetics (UTL). On the bachelor's degree, he teaches subjects related to the understanding of game dynamics, training methodology and introductory research methods. On the master's degree, he teaches skill acquisition, psychology of sport and research methods. On the doctoral's degree, he teaches analysis of time-series using Matlab and scientific writing techniques. See presentations >>
Workshops for coaches
One of the main goals of Luís Vilar is to take his research findings to practitioners of different disciplines and help to change their day-to-day work. In this sense, some presentations have been made in football and futsal meetings of coaches in Portugal, Spain and Serbia. See presentations >>
